We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager (Or Assistant Manager) to drive lead generation, lead nurturing, and customer acquisition strategies across digital channels. This role is responsible for planning and executing multi-channel campaigns, optimizing user journeys, and leveraging data-driven insights to maximize customer growth and revenue performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement growth marketing strategies focused on lead generation, lead nurturing, and customer acquisition across paid media, social platforms, and owned channels.
• Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Google, and others.
• Analyze large datasets to identify audience segments, personalize campaigns, and optimize each stage of the customer journey.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (content, creative, CRM, sales) to create seamless full-funnel experiences from lead capture to conversion.
• Design and execute A/B testing strategies for creatives, audiences, landing pages, and messaging to improve conversion rates.
• Manage campaign budgets and deliver performance against KPIs (e.g., CPL, CAC, LTV, ROI).
• Lead retargeting, remarketing, and lead nurturing initiatives to maximize the lifetime value of each lead.
• Provide data-driven insights, reporting, and recommendations to senior management to drive marketing and business decisions.
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, platform changes, and emerging growth tactics.
Requirements:
• 3+ years experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or growth marketing roles, with leadership experience preferred.
• Strong hands-on experience with paid advertising platforms (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) and CRM tools.
• Proven track record of building and scaling lead generation and nurturing campaigns.
• Strong analytical mindset and comfortable working with large volumes of data and performance metrics.
• Understanding of customer journey mapping, funnel management, and conversion rate optimization.
• Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills.
• Proactive, self-motivated, results-driven, and growth-oriented.
• Automotive understanding & experience are highly preferred.
