We are looking for QA/QA Tester to build efficient programs and systems that serve user needs

Job Description:

• Collecting issues and bugs from customers.
• Researching and proposing new features (as well as improvements/enhancements) for the software.
• Assisting the Product Owner (PO) in defining requirements, suggesting ideas and providing solutions.
• Participating in (UAT) to verify errors/incidents.

Your Skills and Experience:

• Graduated with a bachelor‘s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in the role a QC Tester.
• Experienced in creating Test Plans, Test Cases, and Test Reports.
• Experienced with Postman, JMeter, or similar platforms is a plus.
• Experienced working with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Experience using Jira and Confluence is a plus.

Personal Skills:

• Good at troubleshooting and communication skills
• Good at team working and customer focus
• Be able to read/research document in English
• Be able to discuss with foreign customer in English
