Vietmap Application JSC. is established in the year 2006 by an elite group of experts in GIS (Geographic Information System) and information technology.
Today, VIETMAP is known as a leading company in Vietnam about digital map making as well as GIS services and products providing.
We are seeking a Project Sales (Key Accounts) to develop and manage large business-to-business projects with strategic customers. This role owns the full sales cycle from opportunity development, solution consulting, commercial negotiation and contracting, to project handover and account expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Account & Relationship Management: Manage key accounts and build strategic relationships with high-level decision-makers.
- Pipeline & CRM: Drive the sales cycle from lead to close while maintaining accurate CRM forecasting.
- Solution Consulting: Conduct needs assessments and draft comprehensive project proposals (SOW, pricing, and technical specs).
- Bid Management: Lead responses to RFQs/RFPs by coordinating inputs from technical and operations teams.
- Negotiation & Contracting: Finalize commercial terms and contracts in collaboration with Legal and Finance.
- Project Handover: Lead the transition from sales to execution by coordinating with Project Management, Technical, and Operations teams to ensure delivery milestones, installation, training and acceptance criteria are met.
- Growth & Insights: Identify upsell opportunities and gather market intelligence on competitors and customer feedback.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related fields.
- 3–7 years of experience in business-to-business Sales / Key Account / Project Sales; preferred background in automotive, technology solutions, devices, or enterprise projects.
- Strong consultative selling, stakeholder management, proposal writing, and negotiation skills.
- Fluent English (spoken and written) for meetings, emails, presentations, and proposals.
- Experience using a customer relationship management system and disciplined reporting/forecasting.
