Vietmap Application JSC. is established in the year 2006 by an elite group of experts in GIS (Geographic Information System) and information technology.
Today, VIETMAP is known as a leading company in Vietnam about digital map making as well as GIS services and products providing.
We are seeking a Project Sales (Key Accounts) to develop and manage large business-to-business projects with strategic customers. This role owns the full sales cycle from opportunity development, solution consulting, commercial negotiation and contracting, to project handover and account expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage strategic key accounts; build multi-level relationships with decision makers and project stakeholders.
- Drive project pipeline from lead qualification to closing; maintain accurate updates and forecasting in the customer relationship management system.
- Conduct needs assessment and solution consulting; prepare project proposals including scope, timeline, pricing approach, bill of materials (items and quantities), and statement of work (deliverables, responsibilities, milestones, acceptance criteria).
- Prepare and respond to customers’ formal procurement documents such as request for quotation and request for proposal (when applicable); coordinate inputs from technical and operations teams.
- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms (payment terms, warranty, service level requirements, acceptance conditions); coordinate with Legal and Finance for contract finalization and credit risk control.
- Lead commercial handover and coordinate with Project Management, Technical, and Operations teams for delivery milestones, installation, training, and acceptance.
- Identify upsell/cross-sell and expansion opportunities; capture customer feedback and competitor insights.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related fields.
- 3–7 years of experience in business-to-business Sales / Key Account / Project Sales; preferred background in automotive, technology solutions, devices, or enterprise projects.
- Strong consultative selling, stakeholder management, proposal writing, and negotiation skills.
- Fluent English (spoken and written) for meetings, emails, presentations, and proposals.
- Experience using a customer relationship management system and disciplined reporting/forecasting.
